ELLINGTON, Conn. – The Post University men's golf team placed 15^th at the Connecticut Cup held at Ellington Ridge Country Club in Ellington, Conn. The Eagles shot a team score of 969 over the 54-hole event.

Freshman Carlos Fernandez (Madrid, Spain) carded a 237 (81-79-77) over three rounds and placed 75^th. Junior Patrick Hartnett (Chicago, Ill.) shot 242 (85-75-82) in the tournament.

The Eagles head to Patriot Hills Golf Club in Stony Point, N.Y. for the ECC Championship, their final event of the fall season, beginning on Saturday, Oct. 18.
