The Eagles would rally and go on a 11-0 run, as sophomore Hailey Griffin (Plainfield, Conn.) scored seven straight points, and Latham and freshman Dericka Sims (Chesapeake, Va.) each contributed two.

The momentum didn't last long, as the Deacons (7-3, 5-0 CACC) went finished a 20-7 run to put the game away with just over five minutes left in the game.

Sims finished with 11 points in the game, as she was the only other Eagles (4-7, 4-1 CACC) player to score in double figures. Griffin finished with nine points and seven rebounds.

Latham's 20 points puts her at 1,455 points in her career, just 55 points behind all-time leading scorer in school history, Tracey Garofolo (1,510).
