Waterbury, Conn. - The Post University women's soccer team wraps up its regular season this week, with two games on the road against Felician and Concordia, N.Y. With a win in both games, the Eagles will have the most wins they have had in a season since 2006, when they finished with 11 wins.
Last week, the Eagles dropped their only game of the week, a 4-0 decision to Nyack in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference matchup at LaMoy Field. It was the Eagles third straight loss.
STILL IN THE LEAD
Tessa Dunster (Stamford, Conn.) still leads the CACC in goals scored with eight on the season, but now has company as three other players have joined her at the top of the scoring list.
TRYING TO SNEAK THEIR WAY IN
The Eagles 5-9-0, 3-7-0 CACC) currently sit at 11th place in the CACC standings with nine points, and still have an outside shot of making the eighth and final spot for the CACC tournament which is currently held by Felician (4-7-5, 3-3-5 CACC), who they will play on October 28th at 8 p.m. in Rutherford, N.J. Felician currently has 14 points and is coming off of a 1-0 win over Philadelphia on October 26th.
The Golden Falcons are led by Alysia Arcona, who has five goals on the season and 12 points.
When these teams have met head-to-head, it has been all Golden Falcons, as they hold a 1-9-1 edge overall in the series. The Eagles last won in 2006. A look at their history:

On October 30th, the Eagles play their final game of the season at Concordia College (0-10-0, 0-10-0 CACC). The Clippers have had a tough season thus far, scoring just two goals on the season. One goal was scored by Alexis Balyeat and one goal was scored by Jordian Braham.
