North Easton, MA (September 3, 2011) Post University's Joe Dzurilla scored the game winning goal late in the second half as the Eagles defeated American International at the Merrmicak Tournament Saturday afternoon. Matt Luis was credited with an assist on both goals making it the second game in a row he has had an assist.

The game's first goal was scored when Luis fed Joe Bacceilo at the top of the box at 9:45. The score would remain 1-0 through halftime and into much of the second half.

At 83:35, Luis found Dzurilla on the right side making it 2-0 Post.

American International responded 63 seconds later with an unassisted tally from Ike Ekwueme.

Goalkeeper Errol Reid had four saves on the day.

The Eagles return to competition at Le Moyne on September 7.
