Post University Golf Prepares to Take on Mission Impossible for Second Year

MISSION VIEJO, CA (March 22, 2010) Post University's Golf team is preparing for another attempt at conquering Mission Impossible, the nickname for the 6,794 par-72 course at the Mission Viejo Country Club in California. Day one of the tournament begins today.

Last year, the Eagles placed 12th in the tournament and were led by then junior Lee Wanklyn (83-76-79—238).

The course is not the only challenge facing the Eagles in the 60th Southern California Intercollegiate Division II Championship, but the competition is tough as well. Post University is currently ranked 114th in the nation in Men's Golf.

The Eagles have two more tournaments left before hosting the 2010 CACC Championship Golf Tournament in search of their 5th straight conference title.
