Men's Soccer Championship Runs Ends in Semi-Final

WILMINGTON, DEL (November 4, 2009) Nyack College defeated the Post University Eagles Men's Soccer team 1-0 Wednesday in the semi-final match of the CACC tournament. The Eagles will end their season 8-9-2 overall and 6-5-1 in conference play.

Errol Reid played the entire game for the Eagles in goal making 3 saves. Post University took 19 shots on goal, but were unable to find the back of the net.

Nyack keeper Adrian Ibanez registered the shutout with 8 saves in the contest. Nyack came into the tournament ranked 7th and defeated nationally ranked Dominican in the opening round. The championship game will be played at Wilmington on Saturday.
