Men's Soccer Triumphs Over Felician For 5th Straight Win

WATERBURY, Conn (October 26, 2009) Maurice Johnson scored two goals against Felician in the Eagles 4-1 win. The win improves Post University's record to 6-3-1 in the CACC.
The Eagles got on the scoreboard first in the opening half with Johnson's two goals. Felician's Quincy Small responded with a goal of his own at 31:23 when keeper Errol Reid was knocked down on the play giving Small an open net. Post University led at halftime 2-1.
In the second half, the Eagles continued to attack Felician scoring two more times. The first goal came when Franzy Noze redirected a ball in front of the net with assists going to
Dean Robinson and Korab Mauremi.
Dean Robinson also scored a goal after Maurice Johnson sent a free kick into the box that was headed into the goal by Robinson.
The Eagles play again on Wednesday against Wilmington on the road. Wilmington is currently undefeated in conference play this season.
