James Sproul - Defensive Player of the Week - Men's Lacrosse
Sproul helped lead the Eagles defense to allowing just seven goals against Felician University in a 19-7 win for the Eagles during the week. Sproul led the team with nine ground balls and four caused turnovers, just two caused turnovers shy of tying the single-game record, as Post locked up a CACC Tournament spot with the win.
Leighton Cooke - Honor Roll - Men's Lacrosse
Cooke had a near-record-breaking week for the Eagles in their lone game of the week against Felician University. Helping the Eagles lock up a spot in the CACC Tournament, Cooke had three goals and seven assists in the 19-7 victory over the Golden Falcons, narrowly missing the single-game record at Post for assists in a game, which was eight by Sean Olsen against Felician in 2019, and being tied for second-most points in a game also behind Olsen's performance in that same game with 13 points.
Aiden Waller - Honor Roll - Men's Lacrosse
Waller has made it seven of nine games with the Eagles in which he has allowed less than 10 goals in an appearance against Felician University this week. Waller made 13 saves, allowing just seven goals for his sixth win of the season. Waller had an 8.06 goals-against average and .650 save percentage for Post, who earned a spot in the CACC Tournament with the 19-7 win over the Golden Falcons.
Jaylen Kelley - Honor Roll - Baseball
Kelley had a monster week for Post as the Eagles went 6-2 in conference play with Kelley hitting 12-for-25 with a .480 batting average. Primarily as the designated hitter, Kelley recorded three doubles, a home run, 11 RBIs, nine runs scored, and three walks to help lead the Eagles across the board to their four-game sweep of Bloomfield College and splits against Jefferson University and the University of Bridgeport.
Zion Fraser - Honor Roll - Baseball
Fraser nearly threw a complete-game shutout this week for Post, getting the ball against Bloomfield College in game two of Friday's doubleheader and lasting six of the seven scheduled innings. In what was a 5-0 win for Post, Fraser allowed just three hits scattered across six innings, while striking out nine batters to earn his fourth win of the season on the mound.
