Manchester, N.H. - The Post University men's hockey team lost a 4-1 Northeast-10 game to Saint Anselm on Saturday afternoon.
Post is now 6-16-0 on the season and 4-10-0 in the NE10. The Hawks are now 14-9-1 overall and 9-5-1 in the NE10.
Post fell behind 6:19 into the first period on a goal from Will Christensen, but the Eagles responded less than three minutes on a later on a power play as,
Michael Gethings redirected a shot from
Lucas Baksay for his second goal of the season.
The Hawks got the lead back iin the second on a one-time goal from Tommy Schwartz and took that lead into the first intermission.
Max Burum added two more goals, one in the second and one in the third to put the game away for Saint Anselm.
Drew Blodgett had 40 saves for the Eagles.
The Eagles had 23 shots on the day, with
Nick Weber, Niko Grollmaan,
Conner Murray and Baksay each leading with three.
