New Haven, CT - The Post University women's soccer team lost a 3-0 game to in-state rival Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) on Sunday afternoon.
The Eagles are now 0-4 on the season.
SCSU scored in the 28th minute on a goal from Kylee Slavik.
The owls went into the half with a one goal lead. However, they added on two more goal just six minutes apart as Julia Alicea scored in the 63rd minute and a goal from Nicky Deslauriers in the 69th.
Post had eight shots on the day, with
Hailey McGee leading the way with three.
Imelda Lazaro had four saves jn net, while
Hannah Marriott had two.
Up next, the Eagles take on Queens on the road on September 6 at 7 p.m.
