Philadelphia, Pa. – The Post University women's lacrosse team ended its season with a 25-11 loss to Holy Family in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference game.
Morgan Cassiliano led the way for the Eagles with four goals while Gabrielle Fiora had two.
Post opened with three of the first four goals with Cassiliano scoring three making it a 3-1 Post lead.
The Tigers scored the next eight goals, taking a 9-3 lead. Lexi Levy, Cara DiStefano, Hailey McHenry and Cassiliano scored in the second as the Tigers led 17-7 at the half.
Raniya Bruton-Moore scored her third goal of the season, while Fiora scored two and Cassiliano scored her final of the regular season.
Cassiliano finished the regular season as the conference's leading goal scorer with 72. She was second in points with 84.
The Eagles finished the regular season 5-11 overall and 4-4 in the CACC and in sixth place in the conference. They will play the third seed Dominican Chargers on Tuesday, April 26 at 3:30 p.m.
