Hooksett, N.H. - The Post University men's lacrosse team led at the half, but lost a 12-8 game to Southern New Hampshire University on Friday evening in a non-conference game.
After conceding the first two goals of the game, the Eagles scored five straight, including three from
Robbie McGrayne and one from
Braedan Lockyer to put the Eagles up, 5-2. Post would lead 7-4 at the half after second period goals from Lockyer and
Justin Nogueira.
The Penmen scored eight straight goals to take an 11-7 lead as the Eagles scored just once in the second half on a goal from
Nick Meier.
In net,
John Carr stopped a career-high 23 shots, his second game of 20 or more saves.
Up next, the Eagles play their final Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference road game as they play at Dominican on April 20 at 4 p.m.
