Middletown, CT - The Post University men's hockey team lost a 7-1 game to Wesleyan University on Saturday evening in a road non-conference game.
Nick Weber had the lone goal for the Eagles in the second period, his fifth of the season to make it a 6-1 game at the 9:23 mark. On the goal, 
John Arciszewski took a shot on net that was stopped, but Weber followed up the shot with a backhand to get the Eagles on the board.
The Cardinals scored three goals in the first, including one on a power play by Jake Lachance. They would add three more in the second and one in the third. Go Uemera and Lachance each scored two goals on the evening for Wesleyan. Uemera also added an assist on the last goal of the game.
Post had 16 shots on the evening, with 
Conner Murray leading the way with three. 
Niko Grollman led Post with four faceoff wins.
In goal, 
Benjamin Cunneen had 15 saves pn the night, while 
Drew Blodgett had 17.
The Eagles will stay in Connecticut to take on Trinity at 2 p.m. in Hartford, CT on Sunday.
