Middletown, Conn. - The Post University women's hockey team lost a 4-0 game to Wesleyan in an in-state match on Saturday evening.
Grace Glasrud had 36 saves in net for the Eagles, including 15 saves in the second period.
Both teams kept it close through the first two periods as Wesleyan only netted one goal at the 18:26 mark of the first period.
However, the Cardinals were able to score three times in the third, including twice in the final two minutes.
Julia Wysocki led the Eagles with four shots on goal. She also led the team in faceoff wins with eight.
Up next, the Eagles play two road games at Saint Michael's on December 3 and 4 at 7 p.m. and 4 p.m., respectively.
