Shelton, Conn. – The Post University women's ice hockey team lost 4-0 to the Sacred Heart Pioneers on Saturday evening at The Rinks at Shelton in a New England Women's Hockey Alliance (NEWHA) match.
With the loss, the Eagles are now 2-4 overall and 2-2 in NEWHA.
Grace Glasrud had 34 saves for the Eagles in net in her second career start.
The Pioneers were led by Alexa Ocel who had two goals on the day, including one at the 1:09 mark of the first period. She also scored in the third.
The Eagles will head to Long Island University on Nov. 5 for a 3 p.m. match in a NEWHA game.
