Manchester, N.H. – The Post University men's hockey team lost a Northeast10 game to Southern New Hampshire University, 5-0 on Tuesday evening.
Junior Brandon Brown had 23 saves in net as the Eagles now sit at 4-16-1 overall and 1-13-0 in the NE10.
Post didn't have any trouble getting shots, taking 42, but all were stopped by Penmen goalie, Kurt Gutting. Senior Lucas Smith led the Eagles with six shots. Junior Evan Lugo and sophomore John Krapian each had five apiece.
The Penmen scored two goals in the first, one in the second and two in the third. Five different players scored for SNHU, who are now 9-9-0 overall and 7-4-0 in the NE10.
The Eagles will play their final home games this weekend as they play Franklin Pierce on Friday at 7:30 for Senior Day and Saturday at 4 p.m. for the Cerebral Palsy Benefit Game.
