Shelton, Conn. - The Post University women's hockey team lost a 4-0 New England Women's Hockey Alliance match to Sacred Heart on Tuesday afternoon at The Rinks at Shelton.
Sophomore Kaitlyn Daly had 52 saves on the day, which is her second highest save total of the season, behind her 55 she had against Sacred Heart on December 7.
Freshman Natalie Sammons led all Eagles (11-17, 1-13 NEWHA) with three shots on goal.
The Pioneers scored a goal in the first, one in the second and two in the third. Anna Klein had two assists, while Jayne Lewis had a goal and an assist.
Up next, the Eagles host Long Island at 3 p.m. on January 31.
