Bronxville, N.Y. - Sophomore
D.J. Frechette led three players in double figures and 13 different players scored for the Post University men's basketball team routed Concordia, 82-57 in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game on Saturday afternoon.
The Eagles never trailed, jumping out to a 21-3 lead as seven different Eagles scored in the run with senior
Marcus Johnson led the attack with six points during the opening run.Â
Post would lead by as much as 27 points at 43-16 after a three-pointer from Frechette. The Eagles shot 19-for-36 in the first half, including 5-for-13 from three. Frechette hit three of those three-pointers, scoring 13 points in the half. Johnson and sophomore
Isaiah Holmes each had eight points in the half.
The Eagles held Concordia to 25 percent shooting at 6-for-24 in the first half, and the Eagles outrebounded the Clippers, 26-12.
Post led by as much as 32 points in the second half and were never threatened in the second half. Johnson, senior

Devonte McCall each scored six points in the half.
Johnson finished with 14 points, Holmes had ten. Boissard and McCall had eight points. Freshman
Harrison Warnock had a team-high nine rebounds to go along with seven points.Â
The Eagles shot 54.1 percent on 33-for-61 shooting while hitting six threes. Their bench scored 36 points, led by Frechette, as opposed to just 13 bench points from Concordia. Post held the Clippers to 36.8 percent shooting (21-for-57).
Post now sits at 7-4 overall and 2-1 in the CACC.
Post will host New York Tech at 6 p.m. on January 2 at 6 p.m.
