Shelton, Conn. - The Post University men's hockey team had a two goal lead, but in the end dropped its game to Stonehill, 4-3 on Friday evening at the Sportscenter of Connecticut.
Post took an early 1-0 lead at the 11:10 mark as sophomore

The Skyhawks answered with a goal of their own at 16:35 as Nick Schofield put one past Post goalie, sophomore

Post (5-12) looked to take control of the game in the second period as junior
Matt Moreschi (Malden, Mass.) took a pass from freshman

However, the Skyhawks answered in the at 16:44 in the second as Charles Page scored to make it a 3-2 game.
Stonehill tied the game up at 5:42 in the third as Jack Scannell scored on an unassisted goal. They'd take the lead for good on a power play goal from Kayser Rei to take the lead for good at 4-3 in at 9:52.
Brown finished the game with 29 saves. Stonehill's Billy Palmer finished with 33 saves.
The teams meet again on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
