Darrick Boyd (Springfield, Mass.) was 6-of-8 from distance and led the Eagles with 21 points.
Post fell behind 12-6 early in the opening half, but used a 12-2 run capped by baskets from junior
Tamas Okros (Bristol, England) to jump ahead 18-14 with 11:06 to go. The Bears answered with an 11-0 spurt to pull in front by seven and led the rest of the night.
The Eagles made one more push at the end of the first as Boyd nailed back-to-back threes trimming the advantage to 40-33 at the break. Senior
Joseph Lockwood (London, England) hit a jumper to start the second as Post pulled within five, but the Eagles would never get closer.
Okros finished 6-for-8 from the floor and scored 14 points. Lockwood added eight points and six rebounds. Bloomfield held a 19-0 advantage in points off turnovers.
Post begins a two-game road trip on Saturday against Holy Family in Philadelphia. Game time is set for 3 p.m.
