FLUSHING, N.Y. – The Post University men's tennis team was defeated by #47 Queens 8-1 on Tuesday afternoon in Flushing, N.Y. The Knights are the top-ranked team in the East Region. Post is now 9-8 on the year.
 
The No. 2 doubles team of juniors Nikola Crvelin (Kaštel Lukšic, Croatia) and Ludvig Henrikson (Taby, Sweden) took down Richard Sec and Roman Laga 8-4 for the Eagles' only point of the day. The duo is now 3-0 on the season.
 
At No. 5 singles, sophomore Peter Rossel (Vienna, Austria) fell in three sets to Miguel Bendito 6-3, 3-6, 10-7.
 
Post returns home on Thursday against Franklin Pierce. First serve at Edgewood Bath & Tennis in Middlebury is set for 2 p.m.
