Damani Ashton (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) put Post in front 17-2 with 13:16 left in the half.
Post continued to pile on and led by as many as 29 points in the opening period. Desrosiers scored 15 points in the half as the Eagles shot a scorching 64.3 percent to grab a 48-22 lead at halftime.
The Griffins pulled within 19 in the second half, but Post answered with seven straight points to build a 67-41 lead as it rolled to improve to 5-2 in CACC play.
Sophomore
Adnan Halilovich (Mali Zvornik, Serbia) scored a career-high 16 points on 7-of-9 shooting from the field and also grabbed seven rebounds. Amos also finished in double figures with 11 points and six assists.
The Eagles outrebounded Chestnut Hill 41-33 on the night and held a 21-8 advantage in bench scoring.
Post returns home on Saturday afternoon against Georgian Court. Tip-off at Drubner is set for 3 p.m.
