Mikaella Doran (Eden Mills, Vt.) made 24 saves in the first and finished with 73 on the night.
Salve Regina scored twice in the second period but with 26 seconds remaining Alarid scored her second goal of the season to cut the deficit to 2-1. Freshman
Kendall Fitzgerald (Kamloops, British Columbia) had the helper and leads the Eagles with three assists this year.
The Seahawks added three more goals in the final period. Post had 11 shots on the night, led by Fitzgerald with six shots on goal.
Post returns to action on Jan. 27-28 for a weekend series against Northland College in Ashland, Wisc.
