MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – The Post University men's tennis team was defeated by East Region #3 Chestnut Hill 8-1 on Saturday afternoon at Edgewood Bath & Tennis.
 
Sophomore Nikola Crvelin (Kaštel Lukšic, Croatia) won his No. 1 singles match against Lucas Bocaletto Bocaletto retired following Crvelin's 6-2 victory in the first set. In No. 2 singles, sophomore Martin Munoz (Las Palmas, Spain) fell 6-3, 6-1 to Pierre Kohler.
 
In doubles action Crvelin and sophomore Ludvig Henrikson (Taby, Sweden) were defeated 8-4 by Jonathan Ducretot and Kohler. Munoz and senior Peter Fanous (Cairo, Egypt) dropped an 8-5 match to Pedro Regalin and Bocaletto in No. 2 doubles. Junior Ryan Moffat (London, England) and senior Jonathyn Young (Norwalk, Conn.) fell 8-4 in third doubles.
 
Post is back at home on Sunday afternoon against Le Moyne. First serve is set for 1 p.m.
