WATERBURY, Conn. – The Post University men's basketball team defeated Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) rival Felician 70-59 on Wednesday for its third straight win. Senior
David Seymour (Amityville, N.Y.) was 6-of-9 from deep for a team-high 21 points.
Neither team could grab an advantage in the first half as both shot the ball well from the field. Seymour and freshman
Tamas Okros (Bristol, England) combined to go 6-of-6 from distance in the half. Post led 22-19 after junior
Malcolm Amos (Brookport, Ill.) found Seymour for a three. Amos scored 17 points and had seven assists and seven rebounds.
Felician came back and led by as many as five in the closing minutes of the first period. Two late free-throws by Okros made the score 36-34 at the break in favor of the Golden Falcons.

Shay Agboola (Atlanta, Ga.) made a layup in traffic to spark a 15-4 run that put the Eagles in front for good. Post hit five of its six shots during the stretch as it grabbed a 59-48 advantage. A late layup by Seymour off a great pass by sophomore
Matt Mareno (San Francisco, Calif.) gave Post its largest lead at 15 points.
Okros scored 17 points to go with a game-high nine rebounds. He made a season-high four three pointers. The Eagles dominated the glass to the tune of a 40-27 advantage and committed a season-low five fouls.
Post visits CACC South-leading Holy Family on Saturday. Tip-off in Philadelphia is set for 3 p.m.
