The Post University men's tennis team suffered a loss against Division I opponent, Monmouth University, on Saturday, March 30 in West Long Branch, N.J.
The Eagles fell in all three doubles matches. Junior Danny Bonamassa (Staten Island, N.Y.) and sophomore Dreshawn Lewis (Norwalk, Conn.) were the closest to victory in third doubles, 8-4.
In singles action, Nicholas Tadros (Montreal, Quebec) held a tough match at number one flight, falling in the first set, 6-7, before coming back for a 7-6 victory in the second. He dropped the third set 5-10.
The Eagles will be back on Tuesday against Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opponent, Bloomfield College, in Bloomfield, N.J. First serve is set for 3 pm.
