Waterbury, Conn. – The Post women's soccer team is coming off a big 2-1 win against Philadelphia on October 13
th which put them into eighth place in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference with nine points. The top eight teams play in the CACC tournament.
This week, the team will take on Bloomfield (2-3-1, 3-7-1) at LaMoy Field on October 15
th at 3 p.m. and play at first-place Georgian Court at noon on October 19
th. Bloomfield is vying for the final playoff spot in the CACC, while Georgian Court tries to remain unbeaten in conference play and claim the top spot in the conference tournament.
The Week That Was
The Eagles (3-4-0, 5-6-0 CACC) come off of a 1-1 week, with a 3-1 loss to second place Caldwell on October 9
th and a 2-1 win over Philadelphia on October 13
th.
Dunster Honored Again
Tessa Dunster (Stamford, Conn.) was named to the CACC Honor Roll for the third consecutive week. Dunster had two goals last week. One against Caldwell in a 3-1 loss and one against Philadelphia in a 2-1 win which proved to be the game winner. Dunster currently leads the CACC in goals scored with eight, two ahead of her closest competitors.

Post has owned the head-to-head series against Bloomfield in their 11 matchups against each other. Post is 11-0 all-time
. Bloomfield is led by Mikie Bradley and Taylor Chianese who lead the Lady Deacons with four goals on the season each.
