On a three-match win streak, the Post University women's soccer team will begin a four-match road trip this week with Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contests at Caldwell and Chestnut Hill. Since they started the season 0-6, the Eagles are 4-1 in their last five outings.

The Post University women's soccer team won its third straight game on Saturday as it defeated Goldey-Beacom 2-0 at LaMoy Field. Junior
Renel Dennis (Queens, N.Y.) scored her team-high 11
th goal of the season in the victory.

Grace McConnell posted shutouts in each of her last two matches with 2-0 victories at Bloomfield (Oct. 3) and against Goldey-Beacom (Oct. 6). McConnell has not allowed a goal in her last 234:04 for Post.

Renel Dennis is tied for the conference lead in goals with 11, while she sits third in the CACC in points with 23. Senior
Sabrina Sinopoli is ranked second in assists with six and she is two helpers behind Caldwell's Carissa Strye for the CACC lead.

During its three-game homestand from Sept. 17-25, the Post University women's soccer team outscored the opposition 12-5 in three matches. The 12 goals doubled the Eagles' output from their first six matches combined. To date, Post has tallied 22 goals this season and has received hat tricks from Dunster and Dennis.
Series History With Caldwell:
Post is 3-6-1 all-time against the Caldwell Cougars and is 1-3 in matchups that have been contested at Caldwell. The Eagles lone win at Caldwell came on Oct. 18, 2007, with a 3-2 triumph.

Scouting The Cougars:
Caldwell had an eight-match win streak snapped at Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon as the Cougars dropped a 3-1 decision to the first place Rams. Caldwell (8-3, 5-1 CACC) is led by Julie Crankshaw who has netted six goals and two assists this season and Carissa Strye leads the CACC with eight assists. Defensively, Kristina Cabales started nine matches for Caldwell and she has turned in a pair of shutouts. She has made 48 saves and has a goals against average of 2.14. Last week, the team was ranked ninth in the NSCAA/Continental Tire NCAA Division II East Region Poll.
Series History With Chestnut Hill:
Post is on a three-match losing streak against Chestnut Hill, but won the first two meetings between the two programs. The Eagles are 1-1 in road matches against the Griffins.

Scouting The Griffins:
All five of Chestnut Hill's wins this season have come in conference play. Cary DiGiovanni is tied for the CACC lead in goals with 11 and Kaelyn Pizarro adds four goals and four assists to the Griffins' offense. Jessica Veazey started 10 matches in goal for Chestnut Hill and has notched two clean sheets. Veazey sits second in the CACC in saves with 88.
On The Horizon:
Post will conclude its four-match road trip next week at Bridgeport (Oct. 17) and Holy Family (Oct. 20). The Eagles have three regular season matches remaining.
