Nyack Wins Over Men's Basketball 85-76

NYACK, NY (December 12, 2009) Post University's Men's Basketball team fell to the Nyack Warriors 85-76 Saturday. The loss give the Eagles a 0-3 record in the CACC and 2-5 overall.

The Warriors quickly took control of the game in the first half, jumping out to a 24-14 lead within the first ten minutes of play.  Nyack would shoot 42% from the floor in the first half before taking a 42-33 lead into the break.

Post would rally to pull within 4 points at the half way point of the second half, trailing the Warriors 62-58.  Post would come as close as 75-73 with 3 minutes remaining in the game.  The Warriors would respond with a 10-3 run to close the game, winning 85-76.

Post University will be back in action again on Monday at St. Anselm.
