Women's Soccer Shuts Out Concordia 4-0

BRONXVILLE, NY (October 20, 2009) Post University's Women's Soccer team shut out Concordia college Tuesday afternoon. Susan Curran and Sabrina Sinopoli scored two goals each. The win improves the Eagles record to 4-10 overall.

Curran would score 6 points on the night with her two goals and assists on the other two. The first goal of the game came in the second half when Curran played the ball off goalkeeper Jen Stefankiewicz at 59:31.

The second goal was scored by Sinopoli nearly five minutes later. Then Curran scored her second when she headed the ball into the net at 73:09.

The final tally came from Sinopoli at 77:10 giving the Eagles a 4-0 victory.

The Women's Soccer team hosts Bloomfield Wednesday afternoon at 3pm.
