Waterbury, Conn (October 1, 2009) Sabrina Sinopoli scored two goals leading the Eagles in a non-conference win over Molloy Thursday afternoon. The win advances the Eagles to 3-6 overall.

In the early moments of the game, Megan Hansen scored the eventual winning goal off a penalty kick. Post University would not look back, as Aeisha Baldwin scored her first goal of the season off a rebounded shot. At halftime, the Eagles maintained a 2-0 advantage.

Liz Johnson played her first game this season in goal and came up with 12 saves in the shutout.  Molloy dominated the early minutes of the second half. Eventually the Eagles found their stride once again when Sara Cramer carried the ball in on the right side, and Rachel Shivers scored off her deflected shot, giving Post University a 3-0 lead.

Sabrina Sinopoli scored her 3rd and 4th goals of her career in dramatic fashion. The first was assisted by Brianna Docimo. The second was a breakaway down the left side as Susan Curran chipped the ball in front of Sinopoli who faked past keeper Christina Aquilon to score the team's 5th goal.

The Eagles will be in action again this Saturday against Holy Family at 1pm on Lamoy Field.
