Stephanie Demake was named Head Women's Soccer Coach in May 2018 and finished her third season in 2021 as Eagles head coach. Demake came to Post after a year as the assistant coach at Division I Davidson College in North Carolina.
In 2021, the Eagles finished 6-9-1 overall and 5-5-1 in the CACC, finishing sixth. The Eagles had a dominating 5-0 win over College of Staten Island on September 15. Post faced No. 3 and eventual CACC Champion Jefferson in the CACC first round, losing a thrilling 3-2 game in overtime. Lydia Asamoah led the Eagles in goals with four and was named to the All-CACC Second Team. Post had eight members make the All-Academic team, including Audrey Poeler, who had a 4.0.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Eagles did not participate in the 2020 season.
During the 2019 season, the Eagles finished 7-8-3 overall and 6-5-1 in the CACC, which put them sixth in the conference. The program set a program record with six straight wins, including a 1-0 win over Southern Connecticut State University. The Eagles had two players make CACC All-Academic team (Samantha Brostek and Jaylene Souto).

In her first season in 2018, she won her first career game in a 2-0 win over Bloomfield on the road. Her biggest win of the season came against Wilmington, one of the top teams in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference. The Eagles won, 3-2. Demake also had her first player make All-CACCÂ as forward Sabrina Adamo made the second team.
At Davidson, Demake assisted head coach Adam Denton in all aspects of the program including, recruiting, training, development, and game preparation. In 2017, the Wildcats earned the United States Soccer Coaches Association Academic Excellence Award with an overall team GPA of 3.45.

Prior to Davidson, Demake had a three-year stay at Troy University as the women's soccer assistant. While with the Trojans, they set several school records and had a combined record of 37-20-5. Troy set a school record with 16 victories in 2014, while five players were named All-Sun Belt with three earning first team honors.

Demake was an assistant at Stetson in 2013 and served as assistant coach at Ohio University during the 2012-13 seasons. In addition, she served as assistant coach at Wheaton College in Massachusetts from 2010-11. With her on staff, the Lyons advanced to the NCAA Tournament Second Round in both 2010 and 2011.

Demake got her start in coaching with the New England Futbol Club, helping to develop youth players aged six to 14 beginning in 2009. She worked with the club program until 2012, when she took the position at Ohio.

A graduate and three-year student-athlete at Worcester State, Demake earned her bachelor's degree in 2010. A captain as a senior, she earned MASCAC All-Conference honors twice and led the Lancers to the MASCAC Championship and the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in 2007.

Demake played at the University of Hartford during her freshman campaign and helped lead the Hawks to an America East Championship in 2006.

Demake holds both a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Diploma and an NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, as well as a master's degree in coaching education from Ohio University.
