Kayte Mills begins her fourth season as Post University women's lacrosse head coach in the 2020 season.
In 2019, Mills led her Eagles to a career-high in wins with four on the season, including a 21-4 win over the University of District of Columbia, the biggest goal differential in her career. Her attacker, Morgan Cassiliano made All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Second Team, who was eighth in the CACC in goals with 54.
During the 2018 season, Mills helped the Eagles obtain a double-digit victory over the UDC, a 22-8 triumph.
In 2017, Mills' Eagles won a thrilling 15-14 game over Holy Family
In 2016, she helped lead the Eagles to their first-ever shutout victory with a 16-0 win over Felician.
Prior to Post, Mills spent three seasons as the assistant coach at Western Connecticut State.

At Western Connecticut, Mills helped lead the Colonials to a 12-6 record in the Little East Conference (LEC) and three appearances in the conference tournament. She mentored eight All-LEC players, two ECAC All-Stars, and an IWLCA All-Region player.

A native of New Fairfield, Mills coached her alma mater New Fairfield High School for two years prior to her stint at Western Connecticut. She led the varsity girl's lacrosse team to the state quarterfinals in 2012.

Mills graduated from Western New England College in Springfield, Mass. in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree is Sport Management. She received her Master's in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut in 2010.

While earning her Master's she was the head coach of the UConn club women's lacrosse team and spent a year as an assistant with the Huskies' varsity team.

At Western New England, Mills was a four-year starter and named First Team All-New England Women's Lacrosse Alliance (NEWLA) three times. She was the first Golden Bear ever to score over 200 goals in her career and holds the WNE records for goals in a game, season, and career.

Mills played four years at New Fairfield High School and received All-Conference and All-State honors each year.
