Debra (Delfino) Mosher enters her fourth season at Post University during the 2024-25 season.
Mosher came to Post after serving as the head coach at Monroe Community College. During her final season with the Tribunes, Mosher's team finished second in the regular season standings and eventually lost in the Region III Championship game; just missing out on qualifying for the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championships.
She also spent time as the goalie coach for Roberts Wesleyan men's lacrosse team in the spring semester of 2021. Where she helped the Redhawks finish 7-5 while also making and appearance East Coast Conference championship game. During the 2021 season, Roberts Wesleyan was second in the conference in save percentage at 58.2 percent and second in saves with 138.
Mosher has a long lineage in lacrosse as she grew up learning and loving the game from her father Rocky Delfino. Rocky has spent the better part of two decades coaching lacrosse at Monroe Community College and currently at Roberts Wesleyan. He was the NJCAA National Coach of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the Monroe Community College Hall of Fame in 2018.
Mosher is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College in Interdisciplinary Studies and has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College.
