Post University Athletics

Tim Caton joins the Post men's lacrosse staff for his first season in 2016. He will manage the defense and man-down units for the Eagles as well as run the substitution box on game day.
 
Caton most recently served as a head coach with the Fundamental Lacrosse Club. He was a four-year starter at long-stick midfielder for Sacred Heart University and was named Northeast Conference Rookie of the Year in 2011. He graduated from Sacred Heart with a B.S. in Finance and Business Economics and Masters of Business Administration.
 
Prior to college, Caton was a two-year captain at McQuaid Jesuit High School in Rochester, N.Y. He was named All-Greater Rochester Area Lacrosse League (GRALL) twice in his career.
