Ryan Mello begins his first year as assistant men's lacrosse coach in the 2022 season.

Mello was previously Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at the College of Mount Saint Vincent from 2019-2021. Coach Mello helped the Dolphin’s start the 2019 season off 3-0 before COVID shut down the season.

Ryan suited up at goaltender for Division II Saint Thomas Aquinas College in Sparkill, New York, and had an illustrious four-year career with the Spartans. During his time at STAC, Ryan was named East Coast Conference Goaltender of the Year in both his junior and senior seasons. Ryan was also named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association’s Second-Team All American after his final year with the Spartans.

Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management with a concentration in Coaching in 2019. He currently resides in Cortlandt Manor, New York.
