Ethan LePain joined Pat Yannarelli's staff in August 2024 as an Assistant Coach.
LePain comes to Waterbury, Connecticut with several years of playing experience at the collegiate level and coaching experience at the high school level since his playing days.
A four-year player at Division III Mitchell College in New London, Connecticut, LePain set the program's record for most single-season and career assists during his time as a Mariner. He was an NECC Rookie of the Week in 2019 as well as an NECC Athlete of the Week in 2022 before being named to the NECC All-Conference team that same season.
In May 2022, LePain graduated from Mitchell College with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management before spending two years coaching lacrosse at Coventry High School in Rhode Island. During that time, LePain also worked at Wyman Elementary School as a long-term substitute while also working for Willett & Sons as a landscaper.Â
