WATERBURY, Conn. -- Graduate infielder Nyla Sapia and junior right-hander Sebastian Velasquez both turned in impressive weeks for Post University Softball and Baseball, as the duo earned themselves spots on their respective sports Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Honor Roll this past week, as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Nyla Sapia - CACC Honor Roll - Softball
Sapia dominated at the plate for Post during a 2-4 week for the Eagles, which included a comeback conference win against the University of Bridgeport. Sapia finished the week with four multi-hit games, going 8-for-17 (.470) with two doubles, one triple, and nine RBIs, while walking twice, including having the game-winning walk against Southern New Hampshire University.

Sebastian Velasquez - CACC Honor Roll - Baseball
Velasquez spun an impressive performance against Felician University in a 2-1 win for Post last week. Velasquez pitched all seven innings of the victory, allowing just one run on five hits with four strikeouts as the Eagles walked off the Golden Falcons on a walk-off walk in the bottom of the frame.
