BEL AIR, Md. – For the second time in as many weeks, Post University Flag Football took on Villa Maria College in a road matchup, this time down in Bel Air, Maryland at Harford Community College, but the result would not be different as the Eagles were shut out, 27-0, by the Vikings, falling to 3-4 on the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Sophomore quarterback Brianna Shalinsky picked up right where she left off against Post over the weekend, throwing for four more touchdowns in the air as part of her 12-for-21 showing with 150 passing yards and one interception. In backup duties, sophomore quarterback Alannah Bushorr completed 4-of-5 passes for 55 total yards, while three different Viking receivers finished with touchdown grabs.
Leading the way with receptions was Bushorr with four catches for 41 yards and two touchdowns, while both freshman Angelina Green and senior defensive back Zilkia Figueroa had one touchdown catch apiece for a receiving core that had 16 total catches for 205 receiving yards, while only needing 44 rushing yards on 14 attempts in the win.
The Vikings scored 20 first-half points, which would be all they needed to get by Post, who was held scoreless for the third time in four losses this season. Under center, junior quarterback
Delia Kotsaftis was just 5-for-9 for 30 yards passing, while the ground game for the Eagles took 25 carries for 89 yards and was led by freshman wide receiver

Chloe Wilson tallied six tackles apiece, including one tackle-for-loss by Boland. Sophomore linebacker Gianna Marciano had a team-best eight tackles for the Vikings in the win, as they forced six Post punts, which totaled 158 yards for Kotsaftis.
BY THE NUMBERS
- Defensively, Delia Kotsaftis punted the ball a program-record six times, averaging 26.3 yards per kick for a total of 158 yards in the game
- Paige Robinson had a team-high 20 rushing attempts for D'Youville University, rushing for 24 yards and a touchdown in the loss
- In three of their four losses this season, Post University has been shut out, as they were held scoreless in both games against Wagner College at home, in addition to today's 27-0 loss
