BUFFALO, N.Y. – "Defense wins games" is the common mantra that is said, and it could not have been truer for Post University Women's Flag Football in their second game of the day on Saturday. Holding D'Youville University to just six points offensively, forcing four fumbles, and two interceptions for a total of six turnovers, the Eagles scored 20 unanswered points to take down the Saints, 20-6, and move back to .500 on the year.

As for junior quarterback
Delia Kotsaftis, she was 11-for-25 with 117 passing yards, two touchdown passes, and an interception under center. Freshman wide receiver

But the story of the game was the defense for the Eagles as freshman running back
Anna Acevedo-Lopez led the team with a program-record nine tackles, including a program-best four tackles-for-loss, and a fumble recovery, which was one of three for the Eagles that they recovered in the affair. Both sophomore defensive back
