WATERBURY, Conn. -- Graduate right-hander Joe Christiana and junior attacker Leighton Cooke both found themselves on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Honor Roll for Post University Baseball and Post University Men's Lacrosse for the second time this season after their respective performances last week as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Christiana spun an eight-inning gem for Post during their doubleheader sweep of Felician University on Sunday afternoon. Christiana led the Eagles to a 4-2 win in game one after going eight innings in which he allowed two runs on seven hits with four strikeouts in his lone start of the week. The win gave Christiana his fourth on the mound this season and the 22nd of his career, tying Nick Arnold (2015-18) for the program's all-time record in wins.

Leighton Cooke - Honor Roll - Men's Lacrosse
Continuing his career year, Cooke erupted for 10 more points this week during a 1-1 stretch for the Eagles with a win at home against Dominican (N.Y.) and a loss on the road to Wilmington University. In both games, Cooke recorded at least a hat trick, pushing his streak to 10 straight games in which he has scored three-plus goals. Cooke had seven points in Post's 14-5 victory over the Chargers before tallying three more in an 18-8 loss against the Wildcats, finishing the week with six goals and four assists.
