Myles Snead - Rookie of the Week - Football
Snead picked up where he left off from for Post University Football after recording his fewest tackles in a single game during his young career as an Eagle last week. Snead came back against Assumption University to record nine total tackles with four being solo and five being assisted while also netting two pass breakups in the backfield, tying the program record for most in a single game for Post.
Alyssa Groves - Defensive Player of the Week - Women's Volleyball
Groves now leads the nation with 6.84 digs per set after another big week for Post University Women's Volleyball. Beating Caldwell University and the University of New Haven, the Eagles went a perfect 2-0 while Groves had a team-leading 61 digs in seven sets which averaged out to 8.71 digs per set and also had 12 assists and four service aces. Against the Cougars, the junior had just 13 digs in the 3-0 sweep but against the Chargers she went off for a career-high 48 digs along with her four service aces in the 3-1 win which was Post's first against New Haven since 2016.
Sara Enright - Honor Roll - Women's Volleyball
Enright helped lead the Eagles to a perfect 2-0 week with a conference win over Caldwell University and a victory over 2023 NCAA Tournament qualifying University of New Haven. In those two matches combined, Enright had 27 kills on 82 attempts leading to a .232 attack percentage across seven sets played. The graduate student also added 22 digs, two service aces, two block assists, one assist, and accounted for 30 points during the week. Enright put up 12 kills in three sets against Caldwell, attacking at a .500 clip while having 15 kills and 15 digs in four sets against New Haven leading to a .121 attack percentage after have 58 total attempts.
