Deng Deang, the duo found themselves on the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Weekly Honor Roll this week for Post University Men's Basketball as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Deang had a pair of solid performances for the Eagles, averaging 23.5 points and nine rebounds per game for Post who fell on the road against Dominican (N.Y.) before bouncing back at home with a 111-100 win over the University of Bridgeport on Saturday afternoon. Deang had 16 points against the Chargers before having a monster game against the Purple Knights to the tune of 31 points on 10-of-18 shooting, making 3-of-6 threes, and hitting 8-of-10 free throws while grabbing 10 rebounds for his second double-double of the season. Deang shot 41.7% (15-for-26) from the field on the week while totaling 18 rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block.

Williams had one of his best weeks to date for the Eagles, averaging 21.5 points per game during a 1-1 week for Post to go along with four rebounds, three assists, and two steals. After only scoring six points in a loss to Dominican (N.Y.) on the road, Williams went off for 36 points on 11-for-18 shooting, making 4-of-9 threes, and nailing 10-of-12 free throws in a 111-100 win for Post against the University of Bridgeport on Saturday. In all, Williams finished the week having shot 14-for-25 from the floor (56%) and 5-for-12 from three (41.7%).
Post University has a week off before they face Assumption University in their final game of 2024 next Saturday at 3:00 PM. The Eagles have won five of the eight all-time matchups against the Greyhounds including a 75-70 win on the road last season.
