WATERBURY, Conn. -- Junior goalie Benjamin Cunneen earned his first-ever Northeast-10 Goalie of the Week honor for Post University Men's Ice Hockey while senior forward Deng Deang tallied his first CACC Honor Roll mention for Post University Men's Basketball as announced by the two conference offices on Monday afternoon.

Cunneen got his first back-to-back wins as a member of the Eagles, defeating Westfield State University, 3-2, on Tuesday and Saint Anselm College, 4-3, on Friday. Cunneen made 78 total saves in 123 minutes while allowing five goals for a 2.44 goals-against average and a .940 save percentage in a 2-0-0 week for the Eagles. 

Deng Deang - Honor Roll - Men's Basketball
Deang finished with an average of 14 points per game during a 1-1 week for the Eagles after knocking down a buzzer-beater three at the end of regulation to help the Post force overtime against Bentley University and eventually win in double overtime, 91-86. Deang finished with a 14-for-29 week from the floor which was good for a 48.3% shooting and nailed 3-of-10 threes that he took as well as went a perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line. The senior also added nine rebounds and three steals to his week.
