MANCHESTER, N.H. -- Freshman
Romy Leussink picked up her third Singles win in her last four Singles matches played, but Post University Women's Tennis would be unable to overcome one-loss Southern New Hampshire University on Thursday afternoon in their road matchup, falling 6-1 overall and dropping to 2-8 on the season.

The Eagles would drop two of the three Doubles matches starting with a new #2 Doubles duo for today in junior
Gioia Turco and freshman
Melanie Leussink who fell 6-1 against freshman Lois Tsui and sophomore Justina Haver followed by a #1 Doubles win for graduate student Zuza Krygier and sophomore Dajana Abadzic, 6-2, over senior
Megan Lombardt and freshman
Julie Merlin. Senior
Nina Langenfeld and freshman
Annelein Van Urk would get one Doubles match for Post in the #3 Doubles, taking down senior Katelyn Nichols and sophomore Nadya Lyekontseva, 6-3, to round out the first portion of the match.
Across the Singles matches,
Romy Leussink would take the only match of the day for Post in the #6 Singles against Nichols, taking the first set, 7-6, with an 8-6 tiebreaker victory before winning set two, 6-3. In the #3 through #5 Singles, Langenfeld, Van Urk, and
Melanie Leussink would all be swept, 6-0, in their first sets before Langenfeld fell against Tsui, 7-6, on a 7-4 tiebreaker in the #3 Singles while Van Urk lost set two, 6-4, in the #4 Singles against Krygier, and
Melanie Leussink lost 6-1 against Kyekontseva in the #5 Singles.
In the top two matches of the day, Lombardt would drop the #1 Singles against Haver, 6-1 and 6-2, while Merlin in the #2 Singles fell to Abadzic, 6-2 and 7-5, closing out the 6-1 loss for the Eagles at the hands of the Penmen.
