Madeleine Noonan was named to the New England Women's Hockey Alliance (NEWHA) All-Rookie Team, while senior
Jenna Abeyta was named to the All-Sportswomanship Team as announced by the conference on Friday.
Noonan is the second Eagle to make the All-Rookie Team in program history. Abeyta made the team in the 2019-2020 season.
Noonan finished her rookie campaign with four goals and seven assists, including the first goal of the season for the Eagles. She had one multi-point game on the season in a 7-3 win over Saint Michael's on January 11 where she had a goal and an assist. During that game, the Eagles set a record for goals in a period with five in the first, and goals in a game. She also had four games with a +1 or better on the season.
Abeyta bookends her career with NEWHA honors, being named All-Rookie in 2018-2019 and becoming the fourth Eagle to be named to the All-Sportswomanship Team.
For the season, Abeyta had four goals and five assists on the season, including one two-point game on the season when she had a goal and an assist against Sacred Heart on January 21.
Abeyta has 27 goals and 21 assists for her career.
