Bloomfield, N.J. - The Post University women's basketball team won a 78-46 game over Bloomfield in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference game on Wednesday evening.
The win was the second straight for the Eagles who move to 9-6 on the season and 4-1 in the CACC.
Tijanae Simmons led the way for the Eagles with 14 points, while
Tyara McQueen had 13 points.
Roxkel Washington had ten rebounds.
With the game tied at 6-6 partway through the first quarter, the Eagles finished with a 13-2 run as five different Eagles scored during the run.
Post continued tonincrease it's lead in the second as the Eagles went on a 21-2 run to start the quarter.
Jailah White scored nine points in the quarter, going 3-for-3 from the field, including 2-for-2 from three.
Simmons scored nine of her points in the third, hitting three three-pointers.
Post led by as much as 36 in the fourth as the as the Bears never threatened.
The 32 point margin of victory was tied for the largest of the season as the Eagles also beat D'Youville and Alliance by the same margin.
Kiara Eubanks finished with 11 points, four assists and two rebounds.
Taina Pagan scored ten to go with four rebounds.
Post dominated on the boards, outrebounding Bloomfield, 48-40.
The win was the sixth straight over Bloomfield.
