Women's Tennis Loses First Match of Season To Wilmington

Wilmington, De. - THe Post University women's tennis team lost its first match of the season, a 6-1 defeat by Wilmington in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game.

The Eagles are now 4-1 on the season and 0-1 in the CACC.

Post's lone point came in singles no. 5, as Nina Langenfeld won 1-6, 6-4, 1-0 over Alva Norberg. In doubles no. 2, Annunciata De-Souza and Langenfield won their match, 7-6, but Wilmington took the doubles point.

Up next, the Eagles host Dominican at Edgewood Bath and Tennis Center on September 19 at 1 p.m.
