Albany, N.Y. - The Post University women's volleyball team lost a 3-1 (10-25, 18-25, 25-23, 16-25) match to The College of Saint Rose on Tuesday evening in a non-conference match.

Zara McCauley led the way with 11 kills and two aces. Lydimar Soto and Aniya Goodman also had ten kills.

After falling behind 2-0 in the match, the Eagles and Golden Knights swapped leads three times over the first 20 points of the third set before the Eagles took control at 15-11 after a 5-1 run which saw McCauley earn four of her kills. Post extended its lead to five points on three different occasions in the third set before the Golden Knights rallied to tie it at 22-22 and then again at 23-23, but back-to-back kills from Maria Branco and Santos gave the Eagles the third set win.
