Post University men's basketball player Devonte McCall was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Defensive Player of the Week after his performances against Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU) and the University of Bridgeport last week.

In an overtime loss to SCSU, McCall pulled down 18 rebounds to go along with 14 points, five steals and a block during the Nov. 13th game.

During Post's 89-86 overtime win over Bridgeport on Nov. 14, McCall had four rebounds, four blocks and four steals to go along with a career-high 34 points in the victory.

The Eagles are back in action on Wednesday, as they head to Mercy to take on the Mavericks at 7 p.m.
